Dr. Jennifer Palacio

Dr. Jennifer Palacio is a surgeon recognized for her exceptional medical training, which encompasses both general surgery and the most advanced cosmetic procedures. She has the best technique and the most complete attention to detail, making her a professional who is always committed to her patient's well-being and a wonderful addition to the Avana Plastic Surgery team.

Her academic background is nothing but impressive. In 2013, she graduated with honors from Florida International University (FIU), and in 2019, she obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at FIU. To further her experience, Dr. Palacio has worked in renowned healthcare institutions, including the Memorial Healthcare System.

Her passion for cosmetic surgery and reconstruction drives her to continuously perfect her skills in innovative techniques. Her interest in research has led her to attend conferences and workshops, as well as to become involved with prestigious societies, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the Association of Women Surgeons, among others.

In addition to English and Spanish, this versatile surgeon can communicate in French, which has been particularly useful when performing volunteer work at various centers and projects, such as Jackson South Community Hospital, Caring for Miami Mobile Clinics, and the Neighborhood HELP Program of the Green Family Foundation.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, and engaging in outdoor activities. She also loves hanging out with family and friends, learning to play the violin again, and working out.
