- Alright. The question today is, when do you decide between having the tummy tuck versus 360 Lipo? I think what it really boils down to how much skin looseness or skin redundancy you have. And what that means is that if we have a lot of hanging skin or hanging tissue, then a tummy tuck is likely the best treatment for you.- Because no matter how much you liposuction, you'll still have that hanging skin there. Liposuction is like taking the air out of a balloon. And if you take air out of a balloon, the balloon is not as tight as it is with the air in it. And the same thing can happen to your body when you do a liposuction. The best candidates for 360 liposuction are usually younger; They have really nice skin that's pretty firm and tight so that when you do the liposuction, the skin snatches back down.
