Dr. McDaniel: Good morning, everyone. It's Dr. McDaniel here at Avana Plastic Surgery. I'm with my beautiful patient, who is now one week post-op after a breast augmentation. To recap, we used high-profile 365 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle, with a small incision beneath the breast.
The implants are settling beautifully, and we're mainly checking for symmetry. Right now, they look very symmetric, and they'll continue to settle over the next 2 to 3 months.
