Sales Coordinator for Plastic Surgery Clinic
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Coordinator with proven experience in plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine, driven by results and skilled in closing high-ticket procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aesthetic or plastic surgery sales (mandatory)
- Track record of closing $5K–$20K+ procedures
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- Experience managing leads from Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills

- High emotional intelligence when with patients

Responsibilities:
- Contact, qualify, and convert leads into patients
- Coordinate consultations and manage follow-ups until close
- Optimize sales scripts and processes
- Maintain CRM updated and report key metrics
Compensation:
- $15,000/month ($180,000/year)
