Doctor: Regarding breast augmentation and where I place the surgical incision to place the implant, you can either, the majority of the time, go with a periareolar, which is around the nipple, or go with an inframammary fold incision. Both have their benefits for the patient. Personally, I prefer inframammary fold incision due to the lower risk of capsular contraction, and overall, the cosmesis is better for the patient, which affects the patient's results, their mindset about how happy they are after the procedure, and is better long term option for the patient.CONTACT US
