- Preoperative studies (lab work, EKG, ultrasound, X-rays, or other required tests).
- Postoperative compression garments.

- Additional services or items requested by the patient.
Patients are also responsible for:
- Transportation.
- Lodging (if traveling from out of town).
- Meals.
- Personal care assistance during recovery.
